1999年8月横浜にて結成。ジャンルを問わず真に深い音楽を追求する姿勢で活動する4人組。結成後、数人のメンバーチェンジ（ex.POPCATCHER、現BEAT CRUSADERS クボタマサヒコ、現MELT BANANAサポートドラマー テラダタキヤが脱退済）を経て、現在のラインナップは以下ナベカワミツヨシ（ex.OATMEAL）、イケダケイスケ（ex.TEARDUCT）、アキモトタカジ（ex.OATMEAL）、ツジユウイチ（ex.THE NERVELAND）の4人。結成以来、STARMARKET(Sweden）、HUSKING BEE、54-71、NAHT、ASPARAGUS、BUDDHISTSON、WHENCE HE CAME(Hong Kong) 等と共演し、精力的にライブ活動を行う。
